Planning your project

Yes. Many clients start with ideas rather than a finished brief. We can talk through how you live, what is not working in your current home, what you want to achieve and what budget range you are comfortable with.
There’s no need to have everything figured out before we meet. Our first meeting is simply about getting to know you, understanding your ideas, and exploring what’s possible for your project.
If you have any of the following, they can be helpful:
- Inspiration photos from Pinterest, Instagram, magazines or websites.
- A wish list of the features you’d like in your home.
- A realistic budget or budget range.
- Your section details or property address.
- Existing plans if you’re renovating or extending.
- Any site information, such as a LIM report, survey or geotechnical report.
- A list of questions you’d like to ask.
