We like to keep it simple and efficient so we have developed a five step process that guides all of our projects. This helps all of our projects get delivered smoothly, on time and on budget with no nasty surprises.
Consultation.
Get in touch with us for a chat about what you are hoping to achieve. We will send a project manager out to visit your home who will listen to your ideas, ask questions, take measurements and notes.
No Obligation Quote.
We will go back and put together a quote for the works discussed along with a plan and timeline. We will send this back to you for review. This is the time to go back and forth discussing options, decisions and the impact of those decisions.
Contract + Selections.
Once we have agreed on a plan, this is the time to finalise your selections including colours, fittings etc. Once that has been signed off we are ready to finalise orders, timelines and provide a start date.
Renovation.
We are into it! Our trades team will begin your bathroom renovation as per the agreed plan. Throughout this process your project manager will communicate key dates, information and updates including any variations requiring approval. We take plenty of photographs to provide as evidence of work complete and for quality assurance.
Project Completion.
The project manager will run through final sign off of your finished bathroom renovation to ensure you are happy and that everything has been completed to the highest standard. You will then be given the final invoice as per the contract plus any variations that may have arisen throughout the project.
